BBQ Crock Pot Shredded Chicken

Adapted from the All You Magazine June addition

3 Large Chicken Breasts or more (you can even throw in Frozen Chicken)
1 cup or so of BBQ sauce, you know any kind you got super cheap or FREE
1/2 cup or so of Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons of worchester sauce (you can get this super cheap right now too)

Put Chicken in Crock pot. My favorite Crock Pot is the Hamilton Beach Crock Pot, it is easy to clean and travel with. You can mix the liquid ingredients before you add to crockpot, or just throw it all in the pot together. Cook for about 4 to 5 hours on high. I used frozen chicken breast. Cook time was a total of 6 hours.

Shred chicken around the 4 to 5 hour mark. Add about 2 tablespoons of the juice from the sauce to about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a small bowl. This will help thicken the juices in the pot. Cook about another hour or until it looks done.

Serve on hamburger buns. Add extra BBQ sauce if you would like. You can use left over chicken to make BBQ pizza. This dish was a huge hit with my boys. I will be making this often this summer and fall, it is great. You won’t regret it. Sorry there is no pic.
